Cost Accountant

Are you ready to start the New Year with a new job? LHH has an immediate need for a Cost Accountant. The ideal candidate will have solid cost accounting skills, experience in a manufacturing environment, and the desire to keep learning. Our client offers stability, potential for growth, and an opportunity to work with an established team.

Job responsibilities:

• Assist with month end close, general ledger, and reconciliations
  
• Product costing, inventory, overhead, and labor rates
  
• Analysis on KPI's, target analytics, and cost analysis
  
• Improve efficiencies and process improvement
  

Qualifications:

• BS in Accounting
  
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  
• Strong technical skills with Excel (pivot tables and V-Lookups) and ERP systems
  
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others
