Duties

• Train, mentor, and recruit new staff members to build a high-performing team.
• Utilize POS systems for transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Implement effective time management strategies to optimize store performance.
• Negotiate with vendors for stock procurement and pricing agreements.
• Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and develop strategies for improvement.
• Foster a welcoming environment by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong mathematical skills for managing budgets and financial reports.
• Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to enhance customer interactions.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail sales processes.
