Customer Care Specialist – Peoria Heights, IL Department: Customer Service Starting Wage: $20/hour Training Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:45 am – 5:15 pm Regular Schedule: 5 days, 8:45 am – 5:15 pm, at least one weekend day required Location: In-Person, Full-Time Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Supplemental Insurance, Life Insurance, PTO, Employee Discount Program, and 401(k) plus matching after 1 year of service As a Customer Care Specialist you will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving issues, providing product information, and ensuring their homes run smoothly. The role demands excellent communication, problem‑solving skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and respond to emails in a courteous, efficient manner. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to products and services. Provide accurate information about products, warranties, and store policies. Document interactions in the point‑of‑sale system and update customer records. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
