Armed Security Field Supervisor (Part-Time)

Location: Field-Based Home Base in Hamburg PA (occasional travel to Harrisburg)

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday Transition from 1st into 2nd Shift

Pay: $23$25/hour (based on experience)

KRE Security is seeking a motivated and dependable Armed Security Field Supervisor to support and lead field operations across multiple client sites.

This is a great opportunity for experienced security professionals looking to step into a leadership role while maintaining a consistent weekend schedule . Youll be trusted to oversee operations support officers in the field and ensure high standards are met across all assigned locations.

Youll also be provided with a company vehicle during your shift allowing you to move efficiently between sites while staying fully supported by management.

What Youll Do

• Lead and support security officers across multiple client sites
• Conduct site visits to ensure proper coverage quality and compliance
• Train coach and mentor team members
• Prepare accurate daily reports and incident documentation
• Serve as a key communication link between field staff and management
• Respond to incidents and help resolve on-site challenges

What You Bring

• Previous security experience (required)
• Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)
• ACT 235 certification or willingness to obtain within a reasonable timeframe
• Law enforcement or military background (a plus not required)
• Strong communication leadership and decision-making skills
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work weekends and adapt to operational needs

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $23$25/hour (based on experience)
• Company Vehicle: Provided during your shift
• Direct Deposit: Bi-weekly pay

Eligibility Requirements:

• Age 21
• 1 year of service with at least 1000 hours worked
• Long-term part-time employees may qualify after 2 years (500 hours/year)

Paid Time Off (PTO)

• Up to 40 hours per year
• Accrual rate: 1 hour for every 52 hours worked
• Begins after a 60-day waiting period
• PTO payout available upon resignation with proper notice
