Production Supervisor

Production SupervisorDCI, is seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our IBC facility in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a shop environment, as well as being a supervisor.Responsibilities:Performs supervisory work involving the planning, organizing and directing of skilled labor. Responsible for monitoring a given area of the shop and maintaining safety, quality and efficiency at acceptable levels.Job Duties:• Supervise employees and coordinate administrative paperwork as required• Oversee safety, quality and performance• Assist in evaluating employees• Monitors progress of all work, answers questions and make sure all material is ordered from the stockroom• Pre-plans all shop work to maintain an efficient workflow• Maintains good communication by meeting regularly with other supervisors and the Plant Manager• Monitors maintenance of all equipment and tools, monitors any problems.• Receiving to give information to resolve problems dealing with production.• Tries and evaluates performance of new vendor productsLOCATION: CLEVELAND, OHIOSalary: $65K to $75K - depending on experienceDCI Benefits:Medical, dental and vision Insurance401(k) with generous employer matchPaid time off, including 10 paid holidaysOptional health savings account & flexible spending accountLife insuranceEmployee assistance programParental leaveReferral programTuition reimbursement
