Senior Benefits Strategist: Multi-State Leave & Benefits

Skyward Specialty Insurance is seeking an experienced Senior Benefits Analyst to support administration, compliance, and continuous improvement of our employee benefits and leave programs, with emphasis on multi-state leave administration. The role partners with HR, Payroll, Legal, and external vendors to deliver a compliant, efficient benefits experience. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years in benefits and leave administration, experience with FMLA, ADA, NY/NJ leave requirements, and #J-18808-Ljbffr
