Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients on a surgical unit specializing in ENT, head and neck, and bariatric surgery cases
• Care for patients with complex airway needs including tracheostomies and laryngectomies
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in a fast-paced surgical environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate pre- and post-operative patient care
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition, ensuring timely interventions and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Demonstrated experience as a skilled surgical RN
• Experience caring for patients with tracheostomies and/or laryngectomies

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Background in ENT, head and neck surgery, or bariatric surgery nursing
• Familiarity with complex airway management in a post-surgical setting
