Production Worker (Frozen Food Manufacturing)

A Production Worker (frozen food manufacturing) is responsible for supporting the production and packaging of frozen fruit products while following food safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Operate and assist on production and packaging lines.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Remove defective or damaged products from the production line.
• Load raw materials (such as frozen fruit) into production equipment.
• Hand-pack finished products into boxes and stack pallets.
• Keep the work area clean and sanitary.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety, and workplace safety procedures.
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Report equipment or product issues to supervisors.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Previous food manufacturing or packaging experience is an advantage but often not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a cold, refrigerated environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to follow safety procedures.
