Compensation: 35% of Production

Company Sponsored CE with 38 Credits (Value over $35K free for all Dentists)

Schedule: 4 days per week (Monday & Friday, Flexible on other 2 days)

We are a Fee For Service practice and have a large mix of patient needs.

Our practice has a high focus on cosmetic dentistry such as Crowns, Smile Makeovers, Extractions, Implants and Full Mouth Rehabilitation. You'll have the opportunity to build a rewarding career while practicing comprehensive dentistry in a modern, technology-driven office.

Your Responsibilities

As a General Dentist, you will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care while building long-lasting relationships with patients and helping them achieve optimal oral health.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform comprehensive examinations and diagnose oral health conditions

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's clinical needs and goals

• Deliver high-quality restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dental care

• Perform fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, root canal therapy, and other general dental procedures

• Educate patients on treatment options, oral hygiene, and preventive care

• Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide an exceptional patient experience

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards

• Continuously pursue excellence in patient care and clinical outcomes

Qualifications

We're looking for a dentist who is passionate about providing exceptional care and committed to continuous professional growth.

Qualified candidates will possess:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school

• Active Texas dental license in good standing

• Experience with Eaglesoft practice management software preferred

• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and treatment planning abilities

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• A collaborative, positive, and patient-focused approach

• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based dentistry and exceptional patient care
