Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Full Time MLR is seeking a qualified and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time, permanent, direct-hire position with our clients established healthcare system. There are numerous openings for PTAs system wide. Roles available for those with either outpatient or inpatient experience! Key Responsibilities for Physical Therapist Assistant:

- Patient Support: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT).
- Position Type: Full-time, permanent, direct-hire
- Therapeutic Interventions: Guide patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
- Work Setting: Outpatient
- Collaboration: Partner with a multidisciplinary team, including PTs, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to provide well-rounded patient care.
- Progress Monitoring: Observe and document patient progress, report any significant changes to the supervising PT, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Patient Education: Instruct patients and their families on home exercises and strategies to support continued rehabilitation.
- Compliance: Adhere to all outpatient clinic policies and regulatory standards.
- Experience: Previous experience in an outpatient setting is preferred.
- Licensure: Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in South Carolina or a compact license.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities, with a team-oriented approach.
