Job Title and Location Integration and Transformation Manager – available in Houston or Boston. Overview As part of the COO organization, the Integration and Transformation Manager drives high‑priority cross‑functional initiatives to improve operational effectiveness and support strategic growth. The role coordinates enterprise transformation programs, leads the Integration Management Office (IMO) during acquisitions, and provides structured insights, reporting and execution support to leadership. Responsibilities Strategic Program & Initiative Leadership – translate COO objectives into structured execution plans and measurable outcomes. IMO Leadership – plan and lead acquisition integration efforts across functional teams, ensuring clear ownership and milestone tracking. Executive Operating Rhythm – lead planning and execution of QBRs and other executive cadences, developing data‑driven narratives. Program Governance & Execution Discipline – establish program structures, track dependencies, manage risks and ensure accountability. Executive Reporting & Decision Support – develop board‑ready presentations, dashboards and recommendations. Cross‑Functional Leadership & Influence – influence stakeholders across Product, Finance, Operations, Sales and other functions without direct authority. Analytical & Structured Problem Solving – use analytical methods to identify root causes and implement practical solutions. Change & Transformation Enablement – support organizational change initiatives and adoption of new processes. Qualifications Early career experience in strategy consulting, business transformation, corporate strategy or operational excellence. Experience preparing materials for senior leadership, executive teams or board‑level discussions. Exposure to acquisition integration, large cross‑functional transformation initiatives or enterprise‑wide program management. Strong analytical and financial acumen. Knowledge of SaaS business models and operational metrics. Program management expertise: planning, risk management and cross‑team coordination. Data fluency: proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards and program management platforms. Professional certifications such as PMP are a plus. Benefits The role offers a U.S. base salary range of $145,230 – $232,370 USD, with variable incentive pay, flexible work options, medical and dental insurance and a full range of other benefits.
