Available Shifts 7AM - 3PM Compensation $21 - $26 based on experience Sign On Bonus $1,500 Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility Provide comfort, safety, and emotional support to residents Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff Assist with vital signs and basic clinical tasks as assigned Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members Qualifications Current LNA license in the State of New Hampshire Long-term care or healthcare experience preferred Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work flexible shifts on an as‑needed basis Why Join Wolfeboro Bay?
