BDC Representative

Franklin Sussex Hyundai is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our team at our brand new, renovated facility! If you’re great on the phone, love helping customers, and want to build a career in the automotive industry, this is your opportunity. 

What You’ll Do:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and internet leads
• Set and confirm sales and service appointments
• Follow up with customers in a professional, friendly manner
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
• Be the first point of contact that creates an exceptional customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email)
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service or call center experience preferred (automotive experience a plus, but not required)
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
