have peritoneal dialysis experience.Information: Renal Medicine Location: A4EAddress: 509 Biltmore Ave. Asheville, NC 28801Floor: 4thBuilding: Mission Main CampusGeneral InformationTell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds: 18 bed unitNumber of Staff: 7 staff members on day shift, 6 staff members on night shiftType of Shift: 1 Charge RN, 4 floor nurses, 1 HUC, and 1 CNANight Shift: 1 Charge RN, 4 floor nurses, 1 HUC/CNAPatient Ratios: RNs range from 1:4 to 1:6, CNAs range from 1:9 to 1:18Type of equipment: a variety of equipment utilized for mobilization, lift equipment, cyclers for peritoneal dialysis, scales EMR: Cerner Typical hiring profileSkill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.Appropriate licensure for specific role applying for (RN/CAN) or needs to be in school for that particular licensure Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. BSN Certified peritoneal dialysis nurse Cerner experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Peritoneal Dialysis Best personality personality, comfortable with change, compassionate, and timely.REQUIRED , RN licensure, PCT certificate Floating Area(s):Can float to like units or be utilized as a sitter if needed.
