We are looking for a detailoriented and skilled Technical Analyst to join our team In this role you will be instrumental in supporting our Corporate systems during a significant merger Your technical expertise will be crucial in ensuring the seamless integration of technology platforms optimizing system performance and maintaining business continuityKey ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and document technical requirements for the integration of Corporate systems during the mergerResponsible for facilitating the highlevel design dependency mapping estimation planning and orchestration of solutions including defining highlevel epics and user storiesCollaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of technology solutionsAssist in the mapping and migration of data between applications ensuring data integrity and securityIdentify and troubleshoot technical issues related to merger and technology integrationDevelop and implement strategies to optimize system testing performance and reliability throughout SDLCProvide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholdersEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practicesMonitor and report on the progress of technology integration projects facilitating escalations when neededConduct gap analysis on migration applications capabilities and workflows to identify delivery scopeAct as a technical subject matter expert SME between various Line of Business partners and external software vendorsQualificationsProven experience in technical analysis and project support preferably in the banking or financial services industryStrong understanding of Corporate systems and their role in supporting business operationsExcellent analytical and problemsolving skillsAbility to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Management Information Systems Business Technology or a related field advanced degree preferredSystems ExperienceSitecore CMSSalesforce Marketing Cloud CRMMicrosoft Office 365 SharePointCustom Development MicrosoftNET Microservices REST APIs SQL Server
