Sam Pack Five Star Ford is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented General Accounting Specialist who can perform a variety of dealership accounting functions and provide support across multiple areas of the accounting office.

The ideal candidate is flexible, organized, and able to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Reconcile schedules and general ledger accounts
• Post vehicle deals and process funding paperwork
• Process daily deposits and bank reconciliations
• Assist with warranty receivables and cancellations
• Prepare journal entries and month-end reports
• Maintain title and inventory records

Requirements:

Previous automotive dealership accounting experience required

• Experience with multiple accounting functions within a dealership
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and dealership management systems
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills and a team-first mentality
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment
