Collaborative In‑House Rehabilitation Team – work alongside experienced Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists; collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary care teams; build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues; enjoy the stability and teamwork of an in‑house therapy program; practice in an environment that values your clinical expertise and professional input. What You’ll Do Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence‑based interventions focused on improving functional independence and quality of life. Address activities of daily living, mobility, coordination, strength, cognition, and other functional needs. Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies and safety. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and discharge planning. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. Qualifications Current California Occupational Therapist (OTR) license in good standing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for rehabilitation and resident‑centered care. Collaborative, positive, and team‑oriented mindset.
