The unit has a specific number of beds with defined patient ratios. Unit staffing includes unit secretaries and tech availability to assist nurses. The type of medical equipment used on the unit will be detailed as required. The documentation system utilized in the unit will be outlined during onboarding. Scheduling requirements and floating policies will be discussed prior to the assignment. Patient experience requirements are essential and will be addressed. Additional hospital specifics, including necessary certifications, will be provided during the application process. Please be aware of the requested skill set, which includes advanced nursing procedures performed on the unit. Dress code requirements must be adhered to, and uniform guidelines will be shared with the successful candidate. Unit guidelines and policies will be attached for review. Any awards or recognition received by the unit will be highlighted for candidates' awareness.
