Create and adapt personalized patient care plans that directly drive recovery goals and improve long-term health outcomes. Support patient safety and clinical excellence by monitoring conditions and communicating vital updates to the care team in real-time. Guide patients and their families through the discharge planning process to ensure a confident and safe transition back to their community. What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required. Education Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
