About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Physician Services to provide strategic and operational leadership in collaboration with physician leaders. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and management of the clinic leadership team, ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care, and the alignment of performance metrics with the company's strategies and goals. This role involves working closely with division and clinic leaders to develop and implement initiatives and policies that enhance employee engagement, financial performance, process improvement, patient satisfaction, quality, and workplace safety. The VP will also be accountable for team member and provider engagement, clinical quality, safety, and patient satisfaction, and will lead efforts to identify and implement opportunities for improvement. Applicants for the Vice President of Physician Services position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or business administration, with advanced training or experience in medical management, healthcare law, or quality improvement preferred. A minimum of 5 years' of progressive responsibility in a healthcare setting, with a preference for those with rural health and outpatient clinic experience, and at least 3 years' of leadership experience, is required. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in team management, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead physicians in a manner that enhances both efficiency and quality.
