Job Title: Locum Physician - Gastroenterology

Location: Bay City, Michigan

The practice is looking for Gastroenterologists to provide 24-hour call coverage, with an ongoing need through 2026. Enjoy a distinctive schedule from Monday 7 am to Friday 7 pm without weekend calls, working in a small town atmosphere that offers big city amenities and beautiful waterfront views.

• Provide 24-hour call coverage from Monday to Friday
• Participate in the management of GI clinic patients
• Work closely with hospitalist support and two colorectal surgeons in the community
• Utilize ERCP skills in patient treatment
• Collaborate with a team-focused environment with easy access to the GI clinic location

• Board Certified in Gastroenterology (required)
• ERCP experience (required)
• DEA certification (required at start)
• No malpractice history (required)
• Local providers preferred (travel reimbursement not provided)

• Valid Michigan Medical License (required)
• Proof of Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella immunizations or titers, Flu documentation for current season, and TB screening within the last 12 months
• TDAP vaccination (within the last 10 years)
• NPDB self-query (to be presented within 30 days)
