Work Environment\n

This full-time position offers a remote work setting, providing flexibility while allowing you to remain connected with our La Junta outpatient care team. While the core work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, some flexibility may be required to meet the needs of our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Colorado.

• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• A strong grasp of cultural sensitivity in therapy and an ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills that allow you to build rapport and trust with a wide range of individuals.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technology.

• A commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and maintaining professional boundaries.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually.
