RN Hospital Liaison - Boston

What You'll Bring: Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license. Minimum one (1) year of healthcare sales or marketing experience. Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, physicians, and community partners. Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients, families, and referral sources. Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic territory in Boston and South Shore. Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and auto insurance for frequent travel. Additional Skills That Set You Apart: One (1) to two (2) years' experience specifically in hospice or palliative care marketing. Experience navigating hospital systems and discharge planning processes. Comfortable conducting patient and family meetings to explain hospice philosophy and services. Ability to contribute to patient eligibility assessments. Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field is preferred. Demonstrated success in healthcare marketing or outreach roles. Other Requirements: This position requires regular travel within the assigned territory. Must be able to represent the organization professionally and uphold the highest standards of patient-centered care. We offer an attractive salary range of $105,000 - $125,000 per year (based on experience), a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 15 days PTO plus 10 holidays, tuition reimbursement, certification assistance, wellness programs, and more.
