Role Description This full-time Sales Associate role is an on-site position based at Mulberry’s location in Woodbury, NY. The Sales Associate will welcome and engage customers, provide knowledgeable product guidance, and deliver a high level of personalized service that reflects the Mulberry brand. Daily responsibilities include assisting with product selection, processing transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and maintaining visual merchandising and store presentation standards. The role also involves managing stock levels on the sales floor, supporting inventory counts, and contributing to sales targets and store performance. The Sales Associate will collaborate closely with team members and store leadership to ensure an exceptional customer experience and a smooth, efficient store operation. Qualifications Strong customer service and clienteling skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships and deliver a luxury-level experience. Solid sales, upselling, and cross-selling abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding individual and team targets. Clear and professional communication skills, including active listening and confident interaction with diverse customers and colleagues. Attention to detail in visual merchandising, product presentation, and store maintenance to uphold brand standards. Comfort with POS systems, basic computer skills, and handling cash and card transactions accurately. Ability to stand for extended periods, move stock, and work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Team-oriented mindset, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced retail environment. Interest in fashion, premium accessories, and sustainability-focused brands; prior retail or luxury brand experience is highly beneficial.
