What You'll Earn:

• $68–$80+ per visit (dependent on experience)

• Incentive program on top of base per-visit rate

What your day actually looks like:

• You set your schedule — no one hands it to you

• You choose your driving radius

• You have input on your caseload

• You work in children's homes, where the most meaningful OT happens

• You collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team that actually communicates
  

What We're Looking For:

• Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited PT program

• Colorado PT license (or currently eligible)

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

• Genuine interest in pediatric home health and family-centered care

• Comfortable managing your own schedule in the field

• Collaborative communicator

• Bonus: interest in mentoring PTAs or new grads as you grow
