Pediatric Dental Assistant

Devon Pediatric Dentistry is seeking an energetic and professional Pediatric Dental Assistant dedicated to providing exceptional care in a supportive, family-friendly environment. You will assist chairside during dental procedures, help maintain a smooth office flow, and contribute to creating a positive patient experience for children and their families.

Pediatric Dental Assistant

Assist dentists chairside during pediatric dental procedures

Prepare treatment rooms and organize instruments and materials

Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols

Support patients and parents with compassionate care and clear communication

Perform some front desk duties, including scheduling and answering phones

Ensure proper documentation and patient record keeping

Collaborate effectively with the dental team to optimize workflow and patient care

full-time $22 - $26 per hour

Monday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Thursday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM, 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Friday, Saturday, Sunday: Closed

• Experienced Dental Assistant (1+ years)

Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience (preferred)

Proficiency in chairside assisting and dental assisting tasks

Ability to handle pediatric patients with care and patience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable and well-organized with strong teamwork abilities

Legal ability to work and commute to Wayne, PA location

Experience working in pediatric dentistry

Dental receptionist skills

Familiarity with fee-for-service practice operations
