Job Summary:
The Caregiver provides clients with various personal care and homemaker/companion services in accordance with their established plan of care within the clients’ homes.
Responsibilities can include, but are not limited to:
*Housekeeping
*Meal preparation
*Transportation
*Companionship
*Personal Hygiene (bathing, toileting, dressing)
*Memory Care
*Communicate professionally with families and your team
Qualifications:
*Ability to pass a background screening
*Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance, along with a clean driving record
*Prior home care experience is a plus
*Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care
