• Traveling to various customer sites as needed, carrying necessary tools and parts.
• Performing routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, brake repairs, and system inspections.
• Communicating effectively with customers about repairs performed, timelines, and costs.
• Maintaining accurate service records and documentation for all jobs completed.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Keeping up to date with advancements in diesel technology and repair techniques.
