Senior People Systems & Analytics Manager (Rippling)

Nerdio is seeking a highly analytical Senior People Operations & Systems Manager to build and scale the operational backbone of our global People function. This role owns our People systems infrastructure, with a primary focus on Rippling, driving excellence across 40+ countries and beyond. You will operate at the intersection of HR, technology, analytics, compliance, and process architecture, serving as the system owner, data architect, and strategic lead to elevate governance, reporting, and #J-18808-Ljbffr Nerdio
