One Hiring Manager Interview ? Fast Hiring Decision The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) provides direct and indirect patient care in a dynamic Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg / MST) unit. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), this role supports patient safety, care coordination, and quality outcomes while enhancing the overall patient experience. Provide bedside patient care in a Med-Surg environment Assist with medication administration, IV therapy, and blood draws Support care plans and patient throughput Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams Ensure patient safety, infection control, and compliance Document care in EMR/EHR systems EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING High School Diploma or equivalent required. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) required. Work experience in health care preferred.
