Job Title: Pricing Analyst (Retail Store Operations)

Location: Hybrid or Onsite in Reynoldsburg, OH (based on business needs)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Analyst to support the execution of in-store pricing strategies across a fast-paced retail environment. This individual contributor role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely pricing across promotions, markdowns, and clearance events.

You'll partner cross-functionally with merchandising, planning, store operations, and field teams to deliver a seamless pricing experience that supports both customer engagement and business performance.

• Execute and maintain pricing for promotions, markdowns, and clearance items across stores
• Review and proof pricing communications to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Support pricing audits and partner with internal teams to ensure compliance with established controls
• Build and maintain pricing processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate pricing for key in-store events
• Assist in reporting and analysis to support pricing and markdown strategies
• Communicate pricing direction clearly to internal stakeholders and field teams

• 1-3 years of experience in retail, merchandising, pricing, or operations
• Strong attention to detail with experience reviewing or validating high-volume data
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Clear and effective communication skills, especially in written formats
• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data tracking and reporting
• Basic understanding of retail pricing, promotions, or financial impact of markdowns

• Experience supporting audits or compliance processes (e.g., SOX)
• Exposure to merchandise planning or inventory systems
• Familiarity with pricing analytics or reporting tools
• Experience in high-volume retail environments with frequent pricing changes

• A dynamic, fast-paced work environment with shifting priorities
• Daily responsibilities that include a mix of pricing execution, email proofing, and coordination
• Opportunities to improve processes and contribute to operational efficiency
• Close collaboration with multiple teams across the business
