Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary Registered nurses (RNs) will work closely with supervising physicians to assess and monitor residents’ needs, ensure treatment and care are conducted according to the facility’s procedures, administer medications, and perform other related tasks. Shift Times Days: Monday–Friday 06:30–15:00 (Skilled/LTC unit) Evenings: Monday–Friday 14:30–21:00 or 14:30–23:00 Nights: Monday–Friday 22:30–07:00 Weekend Warrior (additional $5/hr plus weekend differentials: days $2, evenings $4/hr, nights $6/hr) Days: Friday–Monday 06:30–15:00 or Saturday & Sunday 06:30–23:00 Evenings: Friday–Monday 14:30–23:00 Nights: Friday–Monday 22:30–07:00 or 18:30–07:00 Compensation Hourly rate starts at $39.00 per hour $12,000 hiring bonus for eligible employees Shift differentials up to $6.00 per hour Responsibilities Cares for residents Exhibits strong clinical skills Demonstrates excellent bedside manner Records a resident’s medical history, symptoms, and vitals Updates resident charts and electronic medical records (EMR) Administers medication and other doctor-recommended treatment plans Complies with federal, state, and local nursing regulations, standards, and policies Collaborates with nurses, doctors, and administrators Requirements AS or BS degree in nursing Must be currently registered/licensed in Maine Must have CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation and remain current during employment Knowledge and use of Electronic Medical Records and/or solid computer skills Strong communication skills, both in writing and verbally Effective leadership skills or ability to invest in growing this skill Read, write, speak, and understand English Benefits A unique competitive compensation structure Flexible shifts to support work/life balance Comprehensive benefits for full time, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability Robust shift differentials $2.00–$6.00 per hour Paid Time Off 401(k) retirement savings program with employer contribution Tuition reimbursement to support career growth Opportunities available for all levels of experience, including new nurse grads! #J-18808-Ljbffr
