StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Call 24;On Call Pay Rate: $1067.00 - $1155.00

This facility is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Obstetrics and Gynecology for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. 

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Strong preference for open availability without restrictions, must have some holiday availability. 6 - 24 hour shifts per month, possibly more.
• Practice Setting: Community Hospital
• Types of Cases: Triage, manage, deliver, discharge all Centronuclear myopathy patients at birth center. After hours secondary phone triage (after answering-service consulting nurse). 
• Credentialing Timeframe: Can take up to 90 days.
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
• Certifications Required: Basic Life Support, Board Certification
• Licensure Required: Active WA License
