About ZT Labels ZT Labels is a division within the Zippertubing family of companies, providing practical identification products for a wide range of industries and applications. We’re looking for someone with ambition, ideas, and commercial mindset to help us identify those opportunities. What You'll Do This hands-on role combines business development, customer engagement, marketing strategy, and commercial problem-solving. You’ll help us: Identify new customers, industries, applications, and opportunities for growth. Develop strategies to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and grow revenue. Bring ideas and recommendations for improving our website, digital presence, and customer experience. Explore opportunities in SEO, digital marketing, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, direct marketing, and lead generation. Build relationships with prospective and existing customers through phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person visits. Ask questions to understand customer applications and identify opportunities where ZT Labels products can provide value. Research markets, customer segments, and new applications for our products. Work closely with Operations and Production to ensure growth opportunities align with our capabilities. Gather customer and market insights and share recommendations with leadership. You won’t be expected to personally design or code a website or create every marketing asset. We’re looking for someone who can bring ideas, help define priorities, and work with internal and external resources to turn opportunities into action. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 4+ years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Market Development, Commercial Growth, Product Marketing A solid understanding of the following: Prepress Bleed Die Lines Trapping Pressure-Sensitive Adhesives (PSA) Facestock Liners Flexographic (Flexo) Printing Digital Printing Equal employment opportunity, including veterans and individuals with disabilities.
