Job Summary

SHI is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to oversee Marketing Department initiatives that support the organization's evolving needs. As a key member of the Marketing PMO team, this role will manage a portfolio of high-impact projects, including marketing campaigns, product launches, and departmental workflow optimization. The Marketing Project Manager will work cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, and Marketing support teams to contribute to process improvement efforts, support the implementation of workflow enhancements, and enable cross-team adoption.

This position reports to the Marketing PMO Supervisor.

Role Description

• Lead multiple projects of varying complexity, ensuring adherence to defined scope, quality standards, timelines, and deliverables.

• Develop,maintain, and execute comprehensive project and process documentation, including project plans, SOPs, workflow diagrams, and meeting minutes.

• Plan, schedule,andfacilitateproject kickoff, status/stand-up, andcloseout meetings,maintaininga professional and polished presence in all stakeholder interactions.

• Trackproject progressand manage outstanding action items across multiple stakeholders, ensuringtimelyfollow-up, accountability, and resolution.

• Provide regular project status updates throughout the full project lifecycle, proactivelyidentifyingrisksand implementing mitigation strategies to protect timelines andobjectives.

• Build,maintain,andoptimizeworkflows within Asana by partnering closely with Marketing teams to ensure smooth handoffs, consistent communication, and efficient end-to-endexecution.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement, documentation, and standardization of processes within the Marketing Project Management Office (PMO).

• The ability to effectively utilize applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to enhance productivity and perform various tasks efficiently - Intermediate

• Expertise in various project management frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum, to effectively plan, execute, and close projects - Intermediate

• Familiarity with the operational mechanisms, hierarchical setup, and the overall framework of SHI, enabling effective navigation and utilization of internal processes - Intermediate

Preferred Skills

• Experience using project management platforms; Asana preferred.

• Strongend-to-endprojectmanagement skills, including the ability to define scope, assign owners, manage tasks, escalate issues, and lead status/stand-upmeetings.

• Demonstratedproblem-solvingandissue resolutionskills, particularly as they relate to executing and supporting marketing initiatives andcampaigns.

• Understanding ofproject management principles as applied to marketing campaign management (preferred).

• Proven ability to drive process improvement and develop clear, effective project and process documentation.

• Ability to develop, implement, and refine project management processes in support of cross-functionalprojects.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at varying levels.

• Experience supportingcross functionalinitiatives, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder alignment.

Other Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's Degree

• 2+ years of experience as a project manager?(or related experience). Experience supporting Marketing, Operations, or IT projects is a plus.

• Willingness to obtain PMP Certification within the first yearinthe role.

• Ability to travel 10%

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000, which includes a base and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
