What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing exceptional customer service, making every interaction positive.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues with a friendly attitude.
- Scheduling appointments and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining organized records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborating with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
