Senior Specialist

Leading formulation and recipe management activities, the full-time Senior Specialist Recipe Management will develop and manage product recipes within SAP, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while working remotely, preferably near a Nestl manufacturing facility. Key responsibilities: Coordinate Material and Recipe Management activities across projects, ensuring alignment with internal standards and regulatory requirements Drive compliance activities for new products and support I&R and business maintenance projects Train and support new recipe specialists on MRM systems and tools, including View email address on click.appcast.io and SAP RM Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemistry, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered 4+ years of experience in a regulated industry such as food, pharmaceuticals, or supplements Knowledge of FDA regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and applicable food safety regulations Understanding of ingredient functionality, formulation development, and food manufacturing processes Experience with SAP and formulation management systems Virtual Vocations Inc
