Medical Billing Specialist

Position: Medical Billing Specialist Bausch-White Masonry, LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Billing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. Responsibilities Review and process medical billing claims accurately and efficiently Verify patient insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for services Follow up on outstanding claims and denials to ensure timely payments Communicate with insurance companies and healthcare providers to resolve billing issues Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and billing information Prepare and submit electronic and paper claims to insurance companies Monitor accounts receivable and identify and resolve billing discrepancies Stay updated on industry changes and regulations related to medical billing and coding Collaborate with other team members to improve billing processes and procedures Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical billing and coding Knowledge of medical terminology, coding, and insurance guidelines Familiarity with electronic medical billing systems and software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bausch-White Masonry, LLC
