Senior Technical Writer

Job Description
A client in the greater Huntsville area is looking for a Technical Writer to join their team. This person will be supporting engineering and production teams with technical writing for both new and existing product lines. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various products and writing technical manuals and documentation from front to back for these products

Skills and Requirements
7+ years of Technical Writing experience for Military Products
Experience with hardware and analyzing 3D CAD models to write technical documentation for products
Experience writing product manuals for both operations and repair of the product
Experienced writing to PMCS (Preventative Maintenance checks and services) for complete products
Experienced with LORA (level of repair analysis) and writing to this
Experience writing to maintenance and parts for products including 12&P, 13&P, 14&P, etc.
Experience adhering to MIL STDs
Strong communication and professionalism / ability to work in a team centric environment IADS experience
Experience writing technical documentation for new products
