Skills

• Extensive experience in fine dining restaurants specializing in Thai or Japanese cuisine and sushi preparation.

• Exceptional knife skills with the ability to prepare fish, vegetables, and other ingredients precisely and efficiently.
• Proven ability in menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and culinary innovation tailored for upscale dining environments.
• Excellent food preparation skills, including cooking techniques relevant to sushi and related dishes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
