Manufacturing Supervisor

Manufacturing Supervisor role overseeing daily operations, quality, compliance, and team leadership in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. Responsible for safety, productivity, regulatory adherence, and continuous improvement initiatives while managing labor, equipment, and operational budgets.
Responsibilities
- Direct daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives
- Monitor performance metrics and execute corrective actions to address operational gaps
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, GMP, and company requirements including audit preparation
- Recruit, onboard, and develop production employees and supervisors; manage performance and coaching
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, capacity, and efficiency while reducing waste
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field plus 4+ years manufacturing leadership experience; OR 10+ years manufacturing leadership without degree
- Minimum 4 years leading teams in regulated manufacturing environment
- Minimum 2 years leading Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience with regulated quality systems and compliance requirements
- Preferred: 2+ years medical device manufacturing experience
- Preferred: Knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and quality system requirements
- Preferred: Lean or continuous improvement certification
Compensation: $98,200 - $163,700 USD Annual
