About the Role

The Company is seeking a Campus President, who will serve as the General Manager of the campus, with a primary focus on driving the organization's financial and academic success. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, planning, and control of activities that ensure the campus's overall performance. This includes overseeing all campus operations, such as admissions, financial aid, academics, student affairs, business office, and student records, and being accountable for meeting various goals and benchmarks in these areas. The role demands a leader who can create an engaging environment for staff, foster quality education and administrative processes, and ensure predictable financial performance. Applicants for the Campus President position at the company must have a Baccalaureate degree in education, healthcare management, or business, with a Master's degree and campus director/president experience highly preferred. A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role in career education management is required. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare provider management, financial services management, or military operations, and demonstrate outstanding leadership, teamwork, and general management skills. Strategic, operational, and financial experience in a career education or healthcare services business, with a focus on marketing, service quality, and asset utilization, is essential. The role also requires the ability to analyze operational details and make necessary adjustments to ensure success.
