Job Description Daily Responsibilities for a Registered Pharmacy Tech: Retain patients on service, and they enjoy the reward of exceeding patient expectations, turning unsatisfied customers into happy patients Handle both inbound and outbound calls from DaVita Rx members Qualifications Requirements: Certified Pharmacy Technician in the State of Texas (no disciplines) 3+ year(s) of experience Excellent De-escalation skills (very important!!!)
