As a Quality Engineer, you will work closely with various departments to identify and resolve product and process issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Job Details Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and methods for processing materials into partially finished or finished products. Conduct root cause analysis on product non-conformances to identify and resolve issues in the production process. Develop and implement corrective action plans to address identified issues and prevent recurrence. Perform regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to established quality standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is maintained throughout the entire production process. Use statistical analysis to identify trends, drive process improvements, and enhance product quality. Participate in the design and implementation of methods for process control, process improvement, testing, and inspection. Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and quality enhancement. Provide technical guidance and training to the manufacturing team on quality assurance concepts and tools. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred. Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within the manufacturing industry. Proven experience in non-conformance analysis, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation. Strong knowledge of quality control, quality assurance, and manufacturing process improvement. Proficient in statistical analysis and problem-solving methodologies. Solid understanding of quality auditing and quality inspection techniques. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-focused environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using quality assurance applications, tools, and systems. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
