Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Role overview:

• Operate assigned company dry van tractors on OTR routes
• Perform load securement, thorough inspections and accurate logkeeping
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch and document incidents

You’ll drive late-model tractors (<3 years) equipped with APUs, inverters and sleepers, supported by in-house maintenance. Compensation starts at 65 CPM with weekly averages near 2,500 miles plus bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections and referrals. Home every two weeks and full benefits. CDL-A and minimum 12 months’ experience required.
