Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the opening team of our exciting new high-volume, full-service restaurant. • Train, coach, and direct the front-of-house team
• Build respectful relationships with every member of the team while holding them accountable

• Keep operations running smoothly in a very high-volume environment
• Create FOH schedules and manage FOH labor

• Must have at least 3 years of experience in a full-service front-of-house management role in a high-volume, systems-oriented casual or upscale-casual environment
• Solid and proven leadership qualities: friendly, coach mentality, lead by example, and uphold restaurant standards
• Thick skin to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to maintain standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships
• Proactive problem-solver and hands-on work ethic
