Sales Associate/ Naturally Soergel's

Naturally Soergel's Sales Associates provide outstanding customer service, display knowledge of products, run the cash register and bag merchandise, stock and rotate products, maintains displays, 

Duties:

• Provide outstanding customer service
• Stock and rotate merchandise
• Maintain displays
• Receive customer orders (via telephone or in-person)
• Answer telephone calls
• Run the cash register and bag merchandise
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Candidates must have a strong work ethic and be customer service oriented with very good communication skills. Must be talkative with customers, friendly, patient, polite, and smiling. Soergel's is known for their friendly staff members. Must be 18 years or older.

• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Must be dependable, responsible, and confident.
• Must be able to use the register and make correct change efficiently.
• Educates him/herself about products, upcoming events, and the harvest schedule to answer customer questions.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

• Staff members will be standing on their feet during their entire shift.
• Light to moderate lifting of 25 lbs. or less, occasionally heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Noise level may be high at times when we are busy, especially because of children.

Equipment Used:

• Cash register, computers, card board crusher, pricing guns. Other equipment may be introduced as well.

Job Status:

• Part-Time: daylight, evenings and weekends.
