Fort Morgan CDJR is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Admin to join our team in Fort Morgan, CO. This role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks to support our dealership operations, including handling accounts payable and receivable, and utilizing Dealertrack software to streamline automotive documentation and processes. Responsibilities Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) accurately and timely. Use Dealertrack software to process automotive documents and maintain records. Support administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth dealership operations. Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal departments. Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems and databases. Requirements Previous experience working as an office admin in an automotive dealership is preferred. Proficiency with Dealertrack software or similar automotive management systems. Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
