No babysitting. No shortcuts. If you can run a full install solo , make it look clean, and keep the customer happywell pay you what youre worth - and then some.

Requirements:

Must know how to install A/C & heat systems start to finish
Run line sets, wire units, charge/test systems no guessing
Show up on time, get it done right, and dont need a manager holding your hand
Able to turn jobs around fast and produce revenue
EPA certified, valid drivers license, and own hand tools
