Remote Collections Representative

Seeking motivated individuals, the part-time Remote Collections Representative will manage consumer communications, provide account updates, and assist in resolving unpaid accounts while working from home. Key responsibilities Communicate with consumers via telephone and written correspondence to resolve unpaid accounts Update computer files accurately for each call made or received, ensuring thorough documentation Conduct skip tracing to locate consumer contact information and counsel delinquent consumers on payment options Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Experience in commercial collections is necessary Ability to work Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Stable work history with a proven record of accomplishments Ability to successfully pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screening
